Ordering Your Custom Speech
You simply have to answer an easy questionnaire corresponding to the type of event where you will be delivering your speech. We collect this information to get to know you better and details about the occasion so that we can write the most memorable speech possible. You have the choice of answering the questionnaire through an online form or you can discuss the details of the event over the telephone with one of our writers.
We will then process your request and determine if we can fulfill it by the time that you need your speech. If we don't fully understand your order submission, we will try to contact you via phone or e-mail to straighten any misunderstandings. We will then give you an answer and, if we can fulfill your request, we will provide you with a price for our service and the number of free revisions that you are entitled to. You don't pay until we acknowledge that we can write the speech for you.
Paying For Your Custom Speech
Only when we receive payment in full for our services, do we begin writing appropriate material for you as per your request. The only exception to this rule is if you order material that costs over $500. For any orders above $500, we will require a minimum down payment of at least 50% of your total purchase price, with the remainder of the total due upon reception of the first draft. Please note that the minimum deposit for any order over $500 is $500.
Payments can be made with major credit cards or a bank account through the popular PayPal secure online payment server. We also accept money orders. Instructions on how to pay for your speech, either online or by mail, will be given to you when we respond to your order.
Receiving Your Custom Speech
After we receive your payment or deposit, we will study your information in more detail. Depending on how we structure your speech, we may ask you for additional information. It can take us as little as a few hours or as much as a few days to complete a first draft, depending on the type and length of speech desired. We use 125 words to calculate one minute of speech, which is well within the norms of verbal communications.
Once we complete the first draft, we will e-mail it to you in a Microsoft Word document. If you have problems receiving the Word document, we will make alternative arrangements. If you are entitled to any revisions, we will wait for your feedback, by e-mail or phone, before modifying your speech, if needed.
Your Free Revisions
Custom speech writing is an iterative process that usually requires some modifications on the original draft. However, our experience with our custom speeches is that it will probably not take more than one revision to have material that you will be completely satisfied with. It has never happened that a customer that used 2 or 3 revisions was unhappy with their speech.
We offer all of our custom speeches with at least 1 FREE revision. The more time that you give us to write your speech, the greater the number of FREE revisions that you will be entitled to. Even though it will be our pleasure to write something very creative and memorable, if you are pressed for time to get a custom speech, it puts more pressure on us to deliver a gem of a speech for you.
