Payment Policy
Words2Touch provides everyone, prior to any purchase, the opportunity to view samples of material that we have written for previous customers on our web site and can provide references from previous customers.
We work in close consultation with our customers to make sure that they receive material that they will be extremely happy with. As well, we offer free revisions, the number of which is dependent on the time that we are given to write any specific speech. As such, it is up to everyone to use their judgement before purchasing a speech from us.
No refund is offered by Words2Touch on any customized material.
If any customer has an unpaid balance remaining on their account upon delivery of the final draft of their personalized written material late fees will be applied to all payments due that are 30 days late.
A late payment fee of 2.5% of the outstanding balance will be charged and compounded monthly ( 34,5% per annum ) until the account is paid in full. Words2Touch reserves the right to collect from our customers any and all fees associated with collecting their unpaid balance including but not limited to legal fees, court fees, collection agency fees, credit bureau fees, and delinquent or problematic customer database registration fees.
